Quality is our priority. By means of good communication and coordination with the customer, we get an optimal end result. Quality control during the process is one of our core values. We handle products with due care and pay a lot of attention to the packaging of the products in order for you to receive them in top condition.
Powder coating ensures a perfect and durable coating. The coated materials are sustainable, scratch resistant and shockproof, can easily be cleaned and perfectly UV-radiation resistant. Powder coating is good value for money, especially in the long term. We use powders that were carefully selected on quality, sustainability and which are environmental friendly and hence meet the high Qualicoat-requirements.
Thanks to a thorough final check, we can offer our customers a guaranteed quality end product. Delivering this level of quality enables us to give warranties up to ten years. We are Qualisteelcoat C5 Maritime certified. In addition, especially for facade construction, we are SKG certified.
Qualisteelcoat
Qualisteelcoat is a certificate in the coating industry concerning the quality assurance in the area of gloss, coating thickness and adhesion. Shot blasting Company Asten is Qualisteelcoat C5-M certified. In addition Shot blasting Company Asten performs its own checks, both process checks in the own laboratory and product checks on the track. These concern extensive colour and gloss measuring, corrosion and mechanical tests, coating thickness and adhesion tests and check on appearance and hardening. Shot blasting Company Asten as such intends to guarantee absolute quality.
SKG
SKG is a quality label in the facade construction industry; we are listed as an approved applicator.
NEN-EN 1090
Shot blasting Company Asten is NEN-EN 1090 certified. Our powder-coating process meets the requirements of this standard on steel and aluminium construction parts.
Branche association
Shot blasting Company Asten is a member of the trade association for surface treatment (Association for Industrial Surface Treatment The Netherlands, “ION”). ION primarily deals with supporting and promoting of quality awareness of its affiliated members. These members are companies which are actively involved in the surface treatment industry, such as Shot blasting Company Asten.
